You’ll provide basic contact and company information, along with a brief overview of your industry, team size, products or services, and any areas where you’d like help.
You’ll also indicate the types of tasks or services you want assistance with, such as administrative work, customer service, or social media management, and share any tools or software your VA should be familiar with.
Next, you’ll specify your preferred schedule, including part-time or full-time support, the number of hours per week (20–48), and whether you need weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly assistance. At this stage, all arrangements are professional and include one advance payment, which secures the schedule and provides assurance for both you and the VA/QA, ensuring a smooth and reliable collaboration.
You’ll also share your budget range and describe the main goals you want to achieve by working with a VA, such as saving time, improving operations, or increasing sales.
Finally, you’ll let us know who will approve the hire, your desired start date, and any optional attachments or notes to help us better understand your needs.
After we receive your completed intake form, we’ll schedule an initial video meeting to review your information, confirm your needs, and finalize all details. This meeting gives you the opportunity to ask questions, clarify expectations, and ensure everything is aligned before we move forward with matching you to the right VA or QA
Once your initial meeting is complete, we carefully review your requirements and select the most suitable VA or QA from our vetted talent pool. All our professionals have been pre-screened and confirmed to meet high standards of skill and reliability. You will then have a final interview with your selected profiles, allowing you to choose the candidate that best fits your needs.
After you select your VA or QA, we proceed with the sub-contract and provide all the details for the start of your engagement. This includes a clear outline of duties, a structured training period for the VA, and guidance to ensure a smooth transition. You can work freely with your assigned VA without micromanagement, while we handle performance tracking, payroll, and all payment transactions as the contractor, giving you peace of mind and professional support throughout the process.
